• The second impression and bite
  Second impressions are taken using various layers of an extremely accurate silicone impression material. We begin with a heavy viscosity which copies the outlines, before moving through a range of other layers and finishing with a light liquid that works its way into all the nooks and crannies. We will then take the bite with our gnathometer. Although the name may sound daunting, the device is a comfortable and simple way to record the bite of every patient.
• The dress rehearsal
  The dress rehearsal, otherwise known as the try-in stage, is our time to see the finished result before it becomes permanent. This allows us the ability to make any final changes to the bite, fit or the cosmetic, as well as making sure that you’re happy with the result before they get fitted.
• The fit
  The final stage of the denture construction process, and quite possibly the most exciting, is the fit. This procedure is straightforward and comfortable. We will ensure the stability of the denture and your bite. With the ability to make acute adjustments at this stage, you can guarantee to leave with a fully functional, gleaming smile. A handful of follow-up visits will be arranged post-fit to ensure you are comfortable and happy.

How to find out clinic from Epsom

By car: From Upper High Street in Epsom, our clinic is just a 16-minute drive away. Follow the High Street onto Alexandra Road and take the first exit at the approaching roundabout onto College Road. At the roads end, take the second exit onto Reigate Road before taking a sharp left turn onto Fir Tree Road. Merge onto Brighton Road (A217) and keep straight, taking the second exit at the roundabout to stay on Brighton Road. When reaching Shanklin Playground on your left, take a right turn onto Chiltern Road, continuing straight for four minutes before taking a left turn onto Banstead Road S/Banstead Road where, after a few minutes, you will find our clinic.

 

By public transport: From Epsom railway station, take the Southern rail line towards London Victoria, debarking three stops in at Carshalton. From Carshalton station, take the S3 bus for four stops until Downside Road. Walk back on yourself to Banstead Road and you will approach our clinic on your right-hand side.
