I has excellent care from Dr Aziz who extracted a tooth which had become infected due to a fracture. He explained exactly what was about to happen and answered all of my questions. Even though the procedure was seen as a "complex" extraction due to the nature of the roots that can be seen on the X-Ray, the process was over very quickly and painlessly. The aftercare was explained to me clearly with a handout to remind me what to eat and drink in the subsequent days post extraction. I have always found everyone to be friendly and kind at this surgery, from the welcoming receptionists to the dentists, hygienists and nurses.
Mo, the dentist, tells me what he is doing every step of the way, so that i have the confidence that he will stop if i ask  him to. (I haven't needed to so far)!
Nila, the hygienist,  works in a similar way.
Both are gentle  and encourage me.  I spent several years avoiding dentists, but make appointments willingly now.
The nurses are also all kind and gentle.   Altogether,  this surgery is full of lovely people.

Had a great experience at the denture and implant clinic. I found them to be very patient and very professional.

I have just completed my implant treatment at the clinic with Dr S.Aziz. The team is lovely and Dr Aziz is extremely professional and highly skilled. Dr Avi is a wonderful dentist and consultant . He explained in great detail how I might manage a complex situation. I like dentists who encourage a conservative approach: keeping the teeth in one's head for as long as possible. Dr Avi listened to me and took a holistic approach. It's rare and it's precious. I recently booked a dental appointment and wanted to recognize Novella for her outstanding help. From the moment I called, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the scheduling process clearly, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.
It’s not often that you come across someone who is both highly efficient and genuinely caring, but Novella was exactly that. This was my first visit to see Mujda having previously had excellent service from Natasha.
Mujda was thorough and the service was excellent she gave me helpful feedback about the current state of my teeth.
