• The second impression and bite
  The second set of impressions will be taken with various layers of accurate silicone materials. We will start with a heavy viscosity to gain an impression of the outline of your mouth before moving through a range of other layers and finishing with the lightest liquid, working its way into all nooks and crannies. Our gnathometer is then used to record the bite.
• The dress rehearsal
  The third stage, otherwise referred to as the ‘dress rehearsal’ or ‘try-in’ is where we are able to catch a glimpse of the final result before completion. This stage is crucial in making any final amendments to the bite, the fit or the cosmetic. It is important that the patient is happy and comfortable with the denture in place.
• The fit
  The final stage of the denture process is the fitting. Securing your denture into place, walking you through the process of removal (if required) and the hygiene regime to be carried out, we will ensure you are comfortable. How to find out clinic from Croydon

By car: From the Croydon Flyover, head south east onto Duppas Hill Road before keeping right to merge onto Epsom Road. At the road’s end, take a right turn onto Purley Way and then the first left onto Croydon Road. Continue for 1.6 miles before taking a left turn onto Park Lane and the first right onto Ruskin Road. Head left down Carshalton Park Road before taking a right onto Wales Avenue and another left onto Park Hill. Take a final right turn onto Banstead Road and continue until you reach our clinic.

 

By bus: From Davenant Road stop, take the 154 towards Morden. Stay on board the bus for 26 minutes, alighting at Carshalton Beeches rail station. You will then find our clinic just a four-minute walk away. Take a left onto Hill Road followed by a further left onto Banstead Road. You will approach our clinic on your left.
