Jan Nicholson:

"My name is Jan Nicholson and I'm your treatment co-ordinator. I will welcome you your initial consultation – my job is to identify your concerns and to help find out what your expectations of treatment with us are. When Dr Stewart carries out the clinical exam, I can help ensure that all the questions you wish to raise are brought to his attention. I often find that when the dentist is in the room, patients are very nervous and often forget the questions they wanted to ask – and having met with you first I can ensure all your concerns are raised."

Jan Newman:

"Hello, my name is Jan Newman, I'll be your care nurse throughout treatment – I'll arrange your appointments and explain any procedures and will be there should you have any worries or concerns."

Jennie Baker:

"Hi my name is Jennie – I'm the receptionist at The Denture Clinic. I'm here to take your calls, book appointments and answer questions you might have."
