At The Denture and Implant Clinic, we are able to offer all of the options for missing teeth including implant only options, hybrid dental implant and denture options, or purely denture options.  Our philosophy is that treatment should be the minimum cost needed to gain maximum effect (i.e. fully solving a patient's problem). Not everyone's personal and medical situation is the same, so it is essential that we work with each patient personally to determine the best solution and treatment plan.

The Denture and Implant Clinic team believes that patients should be offered all treatment options for missing teeth.  Where many teeth are missing, the main options are implant solutions or denture solutions.  However, after many years of practicing in this field, it appears that the majority of patients may have only had basic conventional dentures, and are perhaps only being offered implants with their associated price tag as the only other option.

The Denture and Implant Clinic team has found that a top quality denture often solves most of the issues associated with a patient's original basic denture.  In fact, in most cases, after having an excellent denture, these patients no longer feel that they require any implant treatment.  The Denture and Implant Clinic team has actually found that the majority of patients would rather avoid the surgery involved in implant placement, as well as the price implication of multiple conventional implants, but they are often not being given any other alternative.

The difference between basic dentures, and the best possible dentures, is often very marked.  However, because there are very few dentists who take a special interest in denture-related work, this middle option is not often being offered to patients.
